Our team is on hand to ensure all electrical appliances and equipment in rented properties are safe for tenants.

It is a landlord’s responsibility to ensure that all electricals inside their rented properties are safe for when tenants move in. Legally, landlords are now obligated to have a periodic inspection carried out on their property every five years to ensure the electricals are maintained and serviced.

Our team at Turner Electrical can inspect the electrical equipment in rented properties to ensure that equipment is safe to use and that there are no dangerous faults for the new tenants. These inspections comply with Electrical Inspection Condition Reports (EICR) which involves a full-scale inspection of electrical systems and installations. This is to be carried out 30 days prior to new occupancy.

We conduct all inspections in accordance with regulations ensuring we look at cookers, washing machines, kettles and other electricals in a hassle-free environment. Accommodations include houses, flats, bedsits, holiday homes, caravans and more.
